After each service, you’ll receive a detailed technician report outlining treatment areas and recommendations as part of our Integrated Pest Management strategy. Rodent or targeted ant treatments are available at extra cost, and additional charges may apply for ceiling void treatments.

To ensure the best results and a safe environment during your general pest treatment, please follow
these preparation steps:
- Clean the floors: Vacuum and mop all accessible areas to remove crumbs, dust, and pet hair.
- Clear access: Move furniture slightly away from walls and ensure technicians have access to
skirting boards, corners, and entry points.
- Store food and utensils: Cover or store away any open food, dishes, and pet bowls and
water.
- Secure pets: Keep pets away from treated areas and remove pet bedding and toys from the
floor.
- Plan to vacate: Ensure all occupants, including pets, vacate the premises during treatment
and for 2–4 hours afterward (longer if advised, especially for allergy or asthma sufferers).
Following these steps helps maximise the effectiveness of your pest control treatment and ensures a
safe return to your home.
After your general pest treatment, we recommend the following actions to ensure the treatment is
effective and long-lasting:
- Avoid cleaning treated surfaces (especially skirting boards, window sills, and floors near
edges) for at least 5–7 days, unless otherwise advised by the technician.
- Leave spider webs in place for a few days, as they may be treated and part of the control
process.
- Keep windows and doors closed as much as possible during the drying period (usually 2–4
hours).
- Avoid mopping close to wall edges or treated areas, as this can remove the protective barrier.
- Ventilate the area after treatment by opening windows once the product has dried.
- Monitor pest activity – it’s normal to see an increase in pest activity for a few days after
treatment as pests emerge and come into contact with the products.
- Keep pets and children away from treated areas until they are completely dry.

However, we recommend that pregnant women, children, and pets stay out of the home during treatment and for at least 2–4 hours afterward. If you suffer from allergies or asthma, it is recommended to stay out for longer periods—up to 5 hours.

advised.
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided by our technicians.
- Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in your household before treatment so we can tailor

If you have concerns about liquid pesticides being sprayed indoors, please let us know. We offer alternative pest management solutions such as baits, gels, and granules, which are effective and often preferred in homes with chemical sensitivities.
Our technicians will recommend the most suitable treatment based on your needs and comfort level. However, please note that the use of alternative treatments depends on the type and severity of the pest issue, and a thorough inspection and assessment is required before proceeding.
