- Home Size & Layout: Larger homes or spaces with lots of furniture and hard-to-reach areas may take longer to clean and cost more. Pricing is also based on the total floor area being treated, hallways, staircases and walk-in closets are considered.
- Furniture Moving: Moving large or heavy items—such as beds—to clean underneath is not
included in the standard service and may incur extra charges if requested.
- Property Access & Location: Cleaning in high-rise apartments or remote locations may
incur a surcharge due to equipment transport and time involved.
- Machine-Out-Van Surcharge: Applies where access prevents the standard van setup.
