Originally from South Africa, Adrian now proudly calls the Sunshine Coast home. With a background that combines global experience and local insight, he brings a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to BOMA Property Services. A keen sportsman during his school years, Adrian went on to complete a Commerce degree in Economics and Management, before spending 18 years in banking, specialising in financial crime compliance and eventually managing a national department. In 2023, Adrian took the leap into small business ownership — fulfilling a lifelong goal of entrepreneurship by taking ownership of BOMA Property Services. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way continue to define BOMA’s reputation for quality and reliability. When he’s not hard at work, Adrian is a devoted husband and father who loves fishing and sneaking in a round of golf whenever he can.

Jen is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Before starting a family, she spent 10 years working in property management, gaining a deep understanding of the rental market and the expectations placed on property managers. During that time, she worked closely with a wide range of contractors, learning the value of reliability, communication, and attention to detail — qualities that now define BOMA Property Services. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Property Development) from the University of Queensland. Her professional background and industry insight have been key in building strong, long-term relationships with leading real estate agencies across the Sunshine Coast. A proud local who loves the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, Jen enjoys ocean swimming and long walks on the beach in her downtime. She’s also Adrian’s better half, and together they’re dedicated to providing dependable, high-quality property care with a personal touch and genuine community connection.
